1.     Features

Stable sheets conveying

Sheets conveying is inverter controlled, timing belt driven, realizes synchronization with production line.

High automation

Automatic sheets counting, automatic pile change when the sheets reaches preset amount, and automatic sheet separation according to order.

Superior stack quality

AC servo control of lifting platform and rear stopper, helps to realize stable, quick and neat stacking and to enhance the stacking speed. Inverter control of transverse sheets expulsion;

Machine control system (MCS)

Automatic pile change; Integration of automatic control systems and mechatronics design enables independent running of the machine; Standard 5.7″ touch-screen monitor and friendly HMI on operator console is used for on-site operating. Standard bus and communication interfaces can connect with centralized management system (CMS); If MCS system on this machine is connected with CMS system and ERP system, this machine can realize remote order change.

Automatic drive-in of base board (for model of stack height 1500mm)

Drive-in of base board is inverter controlled. The base board will be automatically conveyed onto the lifting stacking platform, during on the other side last pile is running out.

Connecting of stacker and ground logistics system (for model of stack height 1500mm)

Driving-drums on the expulsion side of stacker is inverter controlled, they forward paperboard piles onto flexible gravity roller conveyor automatically and conveniently.

Extension roller (for model of stack height 300mm and 600mm)

Two sections of gravity roller conveyor are provided on the output side,??/span>which makes it easier for operator to reverse and re-pile.
